“Ruben came last week to convert our pool to a salt system with a sand filter. They were friendly, knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get everything done. He later came back to explain how to care for our system. As first time pool owners, he answered all of our questions without making us feel stupid. Ruben had to come back this week as we were losing water. Prior to his arrival, Mike directed me to perform some tests and measure water loss over the phone so that when Ruben came to repair the pool, he was able to detect the problem immediately. Again, he greeted me with a warm smile, explained the problem and my options, and rolled up the hoses when he was finished. We may have been disappointed that it took a while to get our equipment updated during the season, but when we called with a problem we got immediate attention. The team is all working hard so we can get the most enjoyment out of our pool. Thank you for giving us excellent service.”
