Aqua Pool & Spa Pros was established in 1998 by two friends with more than 20 years of experience in the pool and spa service and retail industry. The company opened its doors in the Linden Plaza in Lindenhurst and has continued to expand over the years while remaining a steadfast, family organization to this day.
Our top priority at Aqua Pool & Spas Pros is to provide quality products while delivering superior customer satisfaction, whether you’re looking to incorporate a new pool or spa into your backyard, are in need of reliable service or repair, or are just in the market for chemicals, parts or equipment. We offer a wide range of services without compromising our integrity, handling everything from the design and construction of your new pool to caring for it as if it were our own long after it’s complete.
Industry Education and Recognition
The Aqua Pool & Spa Pros team is made up of experienced, dedicated, and highly knowledgeable professionals who take pride in making your backyard dreams come true. We believe in constantly enhancing our industry knowledge, and that includes taking part in continued education through such organizations as the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance, formally known as the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP). We have certified hot tub technicians on staff, as well as highly trained pool and spa water analysis lab technicians. Our company continues to earn the APSP Gold Service Award year after year, which is a testament to our training and hard work by everyone in the company.
We are active members of the APSP and served as a chapter past president, as well as board members. We are also active members of the Lindenhurst/Lake Villa Chamber of Commerce, and have served on the board, as well as volunteered.

25 years ago today, my partner Kerry West, my wife Cheryl and I, opened Aqua Pool & Spa Pros in the Linden Plaza. We could not have succeeded without the help from our dear friends and families along with our loyal customers who eagerly welcomed us into their community as their new source for pools, hot tubs, and supplies. I would also like to thank our long-time employees Steve, Kim, Ruben, and Dean (RIP). We never would have flourished to become what we are today without you.
We persevered in the early days when stiff competition moved in. We lasted through the 2008 recession and even the devastating Covid years when other businesses in the plaza moved out leaving it a mere shell of what it once was. Now the plaza is filling up the empty spaces with new energy, making it the gathering spot for the community so that local businesses can thrive once more.
I am looking forward to the future of our company with the blessings from the past and our goal of servicing our customers for years to come.
