“Best pool company around!! Joey was great when he came out to open our pool and unfortunately there was an issue with a pipe that our landscaper had cracked. The pipe was fixed within a couple days, thanks Mike! Ruben came out today to install our pool heater just in time for the holiday weekend. Ruben explained to me how to use the heater. He made sure I understood what I needed to do before he left. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful at Aqua!!”

We have worked with myriad contractors over the years and Don is at the top of list in regards to every quality a homeowner is looking for. We would also like to thank Ruben for giving us an in-depth orientation. As first time pool owners, his tips and instructions were invaluable. Ruben has subsequently come out to fine tune a few odds and ends and is always very helpful. Finally, Karrol and Mike in the front office were fantastic in terms of answering our questions. Given the scale of this project, working with a reputable company is paramount and Aqua Pool & Spa absolutely delivered.”

“Ruben came last week to convert our pool to a salt system with a sand filter. They were friendly, knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get everything done. He later came back to explain how to care for our system. As first time pool owners, he answered all of our questions without making us feel stupid. Ruben had to come back this week as we were losing water. Prior to his arrival, Mike directed me to perform some tests and measure water loss over the phone so that when Ruben came to repair the pool, he was able to detect the problem immediately. Again, he greeted me with a warm smile, explained the problem and my options, and rolled up the hoses when he was finished. We may have been disappointed that it took a while to get our equipment updated during the season, but when we called with a problem we got immediate attention. The team is all working hard so we can get the most enjoyment out of our pool. Thank you for giving us excellent service.”
