July – Tips of the Month

Finally after having continuous hot weather, now is the time to keep up on the maintenance on your pool.

Testing, cleaning pump/skimmer baskets, back-washing/cleaning filters, etc. If you ever have any questions feel free to bring in a water sample, or to give us a call! We have a variety of pool & spa testing supplies, including test strips, a drop testing kit for pH, alkalinity & chlorine & our own water lab to analyze your pool water & give recommendations to solve your water issues.

When it is extremely warm out, you want to keep around 4 ppm of chlorine in the pool.

Spa Tips of the Month!

Maintaining chlorine in your spa is as essential as keeping up with your pH and alkalinity.

Your spa chemistry should look something like this!

Chlorine: 2-4ppm / Bromine: 3-5ppm

pH: 7.2-7.6

Alkalinity: 80-150ppm
