Latest Information – State of Illinois Shut Down – Introducing Curbside Pickup

State of Illinois Shut Down                                                                      March 21, 2020

Dear friends, we hope that all of you are doing well while coping with the ever-changing situation that we find ourselves in.

We will be closing our retail store after today per the order from the state however we will be available for CURBSIDE PICKUP and to provide sanitization products, parts, and services in order to keep your pools and spas running and safe.

Our repair department will also continue to provide services to those who need them.

Our company has made the health and safety of our employees and customers our #1 priority. We have instituted procedures that are being adhered to including sanitizing our store, offices, and repair vehicles numerous times a day, along with practicing social distancing in our store, office, and in the field.  We will maintain a small in-house staff to monitor phones, schedules, and repair personnel.

This is the latest information provided to us from the CDC regarding swimming pools and spas:

 “There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine or bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.”

Those of us who have the privilege of owning a pool or hot tub can feel some relief knowing that we will be able to stay safe and keep them operational during these difficult weeks ahead.
