Pool & Spa Tips for getting through February

February Spa Tip –

Make sure to keep your spa cover on tight! It will keep in the heat as well as keep the spa at a convenient ready-to-soak temperature. Also, when keeping the spa at a constant regulated temperature, it will help prevent freezing. If you move the temperature down when not in use, it could cause potential damage to the interior hardware of the spa, so it is best to keep your spa around 94 degrees. If you prefer some extra heat retention, we have plenty of solar blankets that can go under the cover of the spa, here in the store.

February Pool Tip –

With all of this melting of snow and freezing again, it is best to regularly check your pool equipment to make sure there is no freeze damage, breaks or cracks, as well as any animal damage. If you do have an equipment issue, feel free to call over to the store to schedule a service call.
