August – Tips of the Month

Insert “Closing Time by Semisonic”… Kidding! Well kind of, our closing forms will be going out at the end of next week. They will be available on our website once the forms are mailed! With that in mind, it is important to get your forms filled out and back to us in order to get the requested closing date. As usual, it is first come, first serve on the closing appointment dates! Typically closings are anywhere from August to October!

With the end of the season now in mind, you want to be sure your pool is as balanced as possible before closing. This will help the pool open cleaner and clearer! Be sure to stop in and grab a quart of Pool Magic Spring & Fall, this product is loaded with natural enzymes that help control inorganic contaminants. Essentially when you open your pool you will have less cleaning to do! This is a great way to minimize effort when closing/opening. Add this product once the sanitizer has come below 5ppm. This is compatible with all sanitizers (Baqua-cil, Chlorine & Bromine). Feel free to come in for a free water test to check your pools chemistry and to address any issues you may have with your pool, prior to closing.

The spa closing forms will also be sent out and available on our website for homeowners who do not have their spas open during the off season as well.. Spa closings are available anytime up until the temperature drops below freezing.
